About me
Yoga has helped me in more ways than I could ever articulate into a few short sentences. I love its physical side, and I love its spiritual, nourishing side. I trained to be a yoga teacher with Julie Montagu and Whole Self Yoga to deepen my own practice, but soon realised how much of a privilege getting to share my love for yoga with others is and I am so honoured to get to teach it now, too. In my classes I aim to incorporate the teachings of all eight limbs of yoga, while guiding you through a dynamic flow.
