Enjoy two yoga classes a day – a dynamic morning practice and a restorative evening practice, as well as breathwork, meditation, crystal bowls and sound baths. There are three incredible yoga shalas at Suryalila, including the iconic Om Dome, and we will spread our practices between them. Weather allowing, there is also the possibility to practice outside.

Whether you choose to stay in a yurt and shower under the stars, or book a cosy room in the main house, you will be staying in comfort. Plus, there are plenty of common areas to hang out in, both inside and out.

Suryalila is known for its spreads! Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included and are served buffet-style. All meals are vegetarian and different dietary requirements can be catered for. Throughout the day hot drinks and fruit are available to help yourself to. And there is a cafe to purchase fancier coffees, snacks, ice creams, soft drinks and alcohol.

As well as the yoga, we will have a sauna (and optional cold plunge) session, a movie night and a permaculture tour included. Optional extras include a hike, a day trip to Ronda or Cadiz, horse riding and a range of massages.

Travel to and from the retreat centre is not included. You are responsible for booking your own flights, but we can arrange airport transfers for you (grouping guests together wherever possible to share the cost). The closest airports are Seville, Jerez and Malaga.
